A standard cash deposit, held in a Government-approved scheme (mydeposits) and returned to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the tenancy terms.
Prefer not to pay a large lump sum upfront? With Reposit you pay a smaller non-refundable fee instead of a full cash deposit. You remain responsible for any rent arrears or damage at the end of the tenancy.
